Refund Policy

1. Idea Submission Fee

The nominal fee charged during the initial idea submission is non-refundable.

This fee covers the cost of our specialized feasibility team performing the initial market research, technical analysis, and scoring of your idea. Once the evaluation has begun, the resources are committed and the fee cannot be reversed.

2. Execution Milestone Payments

For projects that enter the execution phase, payments are made based on predefined milestones.

• Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
• If you choose to terminate the partnership before a milestone is completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the current milestone payment, subject to labor costs already incurred.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns regarding a payment or feel that a charge was made in error, please contact our billing department at billing@buildyaan.com. We will investigate and respond within 2-3 business days.
