2. The 'Execution-as-a-Service' Model
BuildYaan provides execution services for business ideas. Submitting an idea does not guarantee acceptance into our program. If accepted, separate agreements (including equity and operational terms) will be signed.

BuildYaan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or the progress of any business built through our service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
